Theresa May, the new Home Secretary proved she has a pair by banning TV preacher Dr Zakir ‘truth-twister’ Naik from entering Britain.
After noting Dr Naik’s many comments including one that “every Muslim should be a terrorist” the Home Secretary announced that she had excluded him from the UK. This ban can has no time limits but must be reviewed at least every three years.
Dr Naik has previously said that western women wear clothes that make them ‘susceptible to rape’, has called Americans ‘pigs’ and said Muslims that change religion should be executed.
The new coalition government has through this backed its pledge to be tough on extremism. “Coming to the UK is a privilege not a right and I am not willing to allow those who might not be conducive to the public good to enter the UK. Exclusion powers are very serious and no decision is taken lightly or as a method of stopping open debate on issues.” Said Mrs May.
Described as an Indian Scholar by The Muslim News, Dr Naik, 44, had been due to give lectures from 25 June to the Al-Khair Foundation’s Peace convention in Sheffield and in Wembley. He is a medical doctor having attained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Mumbai. He is also the founder and president of the Islamic Research Foundation and owns and broadcasts Peace TV.
In response, Dr Naik said he was ‘disappointed’ at the news brought on by a ‘warped and wholly unjustified impression of my work’ by the press. He said he ‘categorically’ rejected allegations that he was a preacher of hate.
According to Wiki, despite support from some quarters, Naik actually has many Fatwas issued against him by other Muslims. The Shariah Board of America alone has issued twenty. “They believe Naik has gone astray, as he is not a scholar and issues Islamic teachings without authority or any knowledge to do so, which is dangerous to Islam.” Another states that Naik should be ex-communicated from Islam.

I find it amazing that people from other countries feel that they have the right to appeal decisions on entry into the UK, when they are not allowed that right in their own country.
Barry surely you are not proposing every individuals right to appeal regardless of which country they might originate from. Appeals are there to rectify or uphold a decision made at a lower level, without appeals how do you explain the miscarriages of justice in history?
As for Dr Zakir Naik his quotes are taken out of context I would actually urge anyone to listen to his lectures and make up their own minds and not base opnions on what wiki or other media streams are claiming.
His lectures are all based on peace and Dr Naik actually specialises in comparative relgions and thus when making statements he always referes to the original scriptures to promote the message of peace.
Our new Home Secretary I feel has succumbed to pressure from certain groups with their own agenda in blocking Dr Naik from entry to UK to lecture at a Peace Conference. I stringly urge Theresa May to actually listen to his lectures in full and if he is then preaching hate or stating that every muslims should be a terriost then I would personally fully support any actions Ms May might take. As Islam teaches us that “taking of a life is like if you have killed the whole humaity” and it goes further to say that “if you were to save a life, you would have saved the whole humanity” so please explain how this is preaching hate to anyone regardless what part of the world we live in.

Freedom of speech shouldnt be forced onto anyone but this is more of a right that needs to be excercised as one sees fit however with freedom of speech comes responsibilty and making sure that you do not offend other people and their beliefs, otherwise everyone and anyone wouldnt be saying whatever comes into their mouths regardless of what impact the comments will have on the other person/bodies

Calling Dr.Naik a hate preacher is quite shocking. I have heard many of his lectures and he has always insisted on the similarities between religions based on religious scriptures and always sought to promote peace.
As far as the “Every muslim should be a terrorist” is concerned: I urge fellow Britons to hear his lectures in full because he has been quoted out of context here.

And it’s obvious that this new home secretary is just trying to make out as if she’s taking some sort of tough stance on handing out visas to potential ‘threats’ to national security when it’s blatantly just to fire her name into the spotlight. I mean come on, when we’re on high alert for terrorism, how many of us take the day off work, or take a different route into town just in case, or change our plans for the day and stay indoors. My point is: Who is to Judge who speaks hate? who actually hates who? on which basis. Well, I can agree with Jeff Taylor on “one basis” and at the same time disagree with him as well. Who is to Judge? What is the freedom of speech that we have to stick to. Simple: As long as it doesn’t hurt my feeling it’s freedom of speech. The minute someone criticizes me it’s hatred. I believe the problem here is the perception of different individuals and parties. Therefore we cannot generalize and say anything without proof. The article itself is evident that it is promoting hatred towards an individual dedicated for Peace and Truth. Obviously as one commenter states “those who are hating Dr.Zakir on the context of this article and numerous misquotes of him published” had already failed to check up the reality. Even Home Secy herself had proven that she could be misguided by just few misquotes and biased articles. This is exactly what had happened in the past with Iraq & Afganisthan Wars. Evidence itself had to be checked thoroughly but they failed in the rush. The Truth is here, in front of us. But I have to accept that out of certain desires and arrogance some people will not accept the truth in the face of it just to make their point known as correct. No matter how obvious it is. I don’t know how much criticism will be drawn towards my comment. But one thing is for sure it will be full of hate towards me and towards the truth that I have written.

This is the turning point. The childish actions on the part of British Government by banning Dr.Zakir Naik, proves their “capabilities”. But what will come next is unknown to them and to those who are promoting hate towards a righteous man. Allah Knows Best.

I have heard many lectures of zakir naik. It seems he himself will never turn to violence but if you listen to his lectures , without being biased, it is quite sure that some misguided people will turn to violence and hatred just by listening to him. There is some sort of hidden hatred in there in him and no one can deny thT
zakir naik also tries to justify polygamy by saying that there are more men than women in the world which is untrue.Also the number of men to that of women is even higher (in percent) who are in the age group 15 to 65.
He says in U.S. and other developed countries there are more men than women and hence a man should be allowed to have more than 1 wife. In this he assumes that marriages should take take place within one country only.By his reasoning in India and also many muslim countries,women should have more than one husband.
One thing that people should understand is that muslims (actually, any person who loves her religion ) cannot say what is written in their book is wrong ( especially if they consider it to be god’s words) or else their religion will become a false one.
I would say a solution to this should be to recommend the muslims who are moderate but are not against their religion is to say that god said those words on purpose whose truth will be revealed in the future . Also they should scrutinize every verse and commandment objectively and without bias and not listen to anyone but look within and ask themselves the questions.( Because if you listen to someone first and do not think, you just do not think afterwards).
If they find anything even little bit wrong, they should not follow that and be quiet about it(If they fear any violence against them)

We are all calm, Insha Allah. I don’t think there is any hidden hatred in his speeches. There aren’t any but all his speeches are based on a common understanding towards truth and peace. But of course we cannot nullify any teachings of Islam just because some people may find it objectionable. As long as we know it is the Truth, we cannot twist it just to make certain people happy. If I have to agree with your reasoning then we have to “Shut all TV Channels, Talk shows, and even public speaking”. Anyone can draw a conclusion out of his/her own desire no matter how well intentionally a message is passed. ” Perception” is the keyword and of course “Desire”.
May Allah give us guidance.

In fact there is nothing objectionable in his speeches if anyone logically and with a sense of truth analyze without being biased.
1. Every Muslim must be a “terrorist” to all anti-social elements – I might as well rephrase it to say every good human-being must be a “terrorist” to all anti-social elements. If you just keep on repeating this statement with a sense of goodwill you can get the clear picture. In context what he is saying is we should be united in “fighting” against all evil acts of the society in order to make the broader population safe from such things. Did you notice when I moderated I used the word “fighting”. In definition (a. To attempt to harm or gain power over an adversary by blows or with weapons. b. Sports; to engage in boxing or wrestling. 2. To engage in a quarrel
. Still it’s an incendiary word. Isn’t it what the Police and Military are doing. Then why do we have all sorts of security establishments and our concern for security in everything and anything we do. That is In order to make the peace prevail and in order to live a peaceful life and to let others do the same.

Why do anyone find objectionable when we believe polygamy is acceptable for the security of our women those who are more insecure due to certain unavoidable reasons such as being widowed, divorced and left out , etc . Do they mean to say that all sorts of illicit sex are better than a lawful wedlock. Just imagine why it is so pure a cause that this is allowed in our Deen (Deen is: the code of conduct with the belief of Almighty God’s oneness; more often translated as religion). In Islam (Our Deen) we don’t believe that women can be subjected to all sorts of sex slavery through fashion shows, modeling, acting (in general terms for wrong purpose), pornography, rapes, emotional blackmailing etc. We find that more objectionable yet most of those who hate us, brands our Deen as subjugating women. No! We protect them because of their fragile nature. For those who do not believe this could be objectionable. For us it is the reason why we protect them and advice them to be modest in clothing. Our Deen advises men to lower their gaze when they see a woman and if any shameful thought comes and to be modest. That is their Hijab. And to the women same and to cover their body with outer garments and veils. More commonly known as Hijab or “burga”. The Hijab is a must for the man and the women both. That’s what Quran teaches us. In our Deen women are free of all financial obligations and what they earn if they choose to work in an acceptable profession that doesn’t break their hijab, all they earn is for them only. Men are supposed to be responsible for all affairs of them and the bread earners of family and the “solders’ for their protection. In short they are Queens and men are the protectors, the solders who bear all the hardship of life in general. This is because they are highly respected. Doesn’t they deserve that? They bear us all for “nine months” in their womb and all the pain.Just imagine the high degree of respect & security given to women in our Deen.
My question is why do we protect our heads of states and all politicians with extra security. Because they a more prone for attacks. In other words fragile in their nature because of their positions. If you think about it deeply the real context and reasons would be comprehensible.
These are two of those so called “Objectionable remarks” of Dr.Zakir and Insha Allah if anyone try to look into these without being biased, then they will start loving this guy instead of hating him and defaming him. In fact this is the truth, the pure teachings as it is in ISLAM. If some of the misguided ones are going against the real teachings of ISLAM, it isn’t fair to blame ISLAM (our Deen) & all MUSLIMS ( Followers of the Deen of ISLAM).
Value of Human Life in our Deen is elevated to the highest degree:
The Glorious Quran, Sura Al-Maidha (Chapter 5: Verse 32.) Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land – it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!.

If Only they knew “to believe and not to believe” is a choice they are making out of “freewill” God had willed for the Humans. ME: That’s what he does, My dear friend!, I have been following this guy for more than a year and I know his speeches and all most all speakers on Peace TV. We Muslims don’t hate anyone, but to say what is “wrong” is wrong is something we will surely do without any hesitation.
If you had read the last comment and the quotation from Glorious Quran, which indicates that if anyone kills even a single human being (Muslim or non-Muslim alike) except for murder or corruption and mischief on the land, that it is as if killing the whole humanity. And if even a single human being (Innocent) is saved that it is as if saving the whole humanity. This is one of the most commonly quoted verse of the Glorious Quran (Al-Maidha, Chapter 5, Verse 32) by Dr.Zakir and various other speakers on Peace TV.

ME: Then why are you trying to defame a person who is dedicated for peace and truth without even knowing the context of those so called “objectionable remarks” for which it is quite obvious that you too are agreeing to be objectionable from your comments. And when I tried to clear those misconceptions you have given an unsubstantiated remark (my answer is also given below for that). I don’t have any problem with your views but the way you are portraying your view is evident that it’s not us that are trying to prove anyone wrong, but sorry to say that it is you, the British Home Secy, & most of the British and other sources from media.
I am more surprised that this ‘one speaker’ as you are claiming made that statement on Peace TV (and I didn’t know it). If that is for real, even I don’t agree with it. BUT my question is who this “other speaker” and doesn’t that person have a name? I want proof. Otherwise this is as good as a false statement by you. I don’t believe this and no sensible person will. I know for fact that Peace TV does not air such things and all speakers are well disciplined. Because all they talk is peace and truth.

ME: Elements of violence? Do you mean to say certain words of violence? Or do you mean elements of promoting violence? Kindly let me know one single thing that I have stated that promotes violence and I’m ready to correct it. Why didn’t you made this more specific. Be straight forward rather than just openly accusing without stating your reasons. Everyone knows I have written it, I know it and you know it and I don’t have to hide anything and ask someone to read it. I have stated everything straight forward as clear as it can be. But if you are truthful I am confident you will not be able to point anything I have written as promoting violence (in context), but only you will have to agree that this is just a tactic that you have used.

Except those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma’rûf)which Allâh has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar)which Allâh has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allâh’s Cause during preaching His religion of Islâmic Monotheism or Jihâd, etc.).

Note:Jihâd means ” to strive , to struggle” NOT Holy War. There is nothing such as a Holy War ( in Arabic ” Harbul Muqadasa”) in Islam ( In Quran or in any Authentic Hadiths). it was used by “Christians” during the time of crusades.

Dr Zakir Naik Statement Regarding Recent
Exclusion order by the UK Government
OFFICIAL STATEMENT ISSUED JUNE 17, 2010
Following on from recent malicious and specious reports in the British media about my work, a press release was issued dated 11th June 2010.
Further to this I am disappointed to learn the British Government has decided to exclude me from coming to the United Kingdom to conduct a Peace Conference Tour between 25th-27th June 2010.
Despite this I intend to continue my work of interfaith dialogue; Coming together upon common terms with other people and faith groups to promote a greater understanding of the binding strands existing between the faiths, whilst dispelling fears, suspicions and misconceptions about the beautiful faith of Islam, that have been created by a media frenzy of Islamophobia.
I encourage all Muslims to serve their country with dignity and honour and my message to vulnerable young British Muslims is that terrorism and violent extremism, is totally unacceptable and has no place in Islamic life.
I would urge the British Government to permit the Peace Conference Tour to continue as scheduled and assist in the promotion of Peace and social harmony, whilst upholding the values of freedom and justice.

I am very happy that you say that if that ‘one speaker’ said that , then it is wrong. that’s enough for me and hopefully for others. please believe me i heard it on t.v. i am not lying. i don’t remember his name and i don’t know how to get that info. anyways, what’s the point in searching if we both agree on that.
with ‘violence’ , i didn’t mean physical violence . i am personally not in favour of words such as ‘arrogant’ and ‘adamant’ for those who do not hold the same views as us . this makes the discussion bitter. please try using words which are not so strong. if you think hard , you would say ‘ maybe i should have used another word’.(maybe)

ALMIGHTY GOD, THE CREATOR AND THE SUSTAINER:
The knowledge of GOD is pre-programmed in all of the humans. It’s in our “BIOS” setup. But due to “virus softwares” installed by “those who rejects” (out of arrogance and hubris factor) “GOD”, the program gets corrupted. Meaning doubt on “GOD’s existence” comes out of the things we learn from our surroundings that go against our real belief. If the person’s program is enhanced by more knowledge of “GOD” by the “environment they live” then that person will be closer to understating the real knowledge of “GOD”. We don’t see the feelings, but we believe in that. We don’t see our souls, but we believe in it. There are lots of things that we don’t see yet we believe. That is because the full program of the body is not corrupted. We sleep and getup everyday and that is the rehearsal that we do for hereafter. Just think about it deeply and you will find the evidence of “GOD’s existence even within our bodies, in all of his other creations ranging from the whole universe that runs so perfectly in accordance to a system ,to the little things such a ants, bees, and even amoeba. Human genealogy can only point to one single being from whom we all are here. That is ADAM. And Eve was created from one of his rib born.
(Just to illustrate it in a very simple way: In the XY sex-determination system, females have two of the same kind of sex chromosome (XX), and are called the homogametic sex. Males have two distinct sex chromosomes (XY),) Does this click anything in your mind? A man has XY, but female has only XX. Therefore the female gene comes from the man (Adam) not Vise Versa.
When the whole universe runs on a guidance given by a super being (GOD), and even the trees, clouds & rain, mountains, sun and the moon has a perfect system. Don’t we the humans be given guidance? The difference is GOD willed freewill to all humans & “Jins” (Though there isn’t any scientific proof of Jins, lots of people had reported that they encountered unknown, unidentified beings). The freewill is given for us as a gift as well as a test. THE TEST for us all Humans is:” Will we believe in the fact GOD exists”. The most logical explanation of guidance for us for whom was willed by GOD with freewill is through messages not directly to all individuals but through some chosen sources. And the best candidate logically would be someone out of us. If GOD transmits these messages or guidance individually, then where is the “test “and the need for “freewill” that we have? The Freewill is not absolute or a super human power to let us do everything that comes to our mind, but it is rather a very strong and distinctive character for us that makes us one of GOD’s best creation. We have a choice to believe or not to believe in his existence and even to reject, object GOD’s commandments sent through his chosen ones amongst humans. The power to disobey is not a trait for anything else of his creations except for us humans and “Jins”.
The moment a human is in great difficulty, in a helpless situation with no absolute choice, only thing that will come to his/her mind will be to ask or call for the help of “GOD”. Do your experiments and this will be proven scientifically? At that moment the human body depends on the last resort of his ability to generate thought and all he false impressions and beliefs stored in his brain would be overrun by the “BIOS” setup program that will have the pre-programmed information of “GOD”.
I have used some computer terminology not to deceive but to make it more comprehensible to most of us who are well versed with the modern technology. Most of us know what humans had innovated various things and all the languages and information that we have gathered through the history of mankind are the works of human minds and hearts. Out of our ability of “thinking & desires”. The modern technology and advancement of the humanity is the accumulation of all the knowledge that we gathered throughout history. This is from one of the best gift of GOD, given to the humankind. Our minds and hearts.
SCIENCE IS ELIMINATING MODELS OF GOD BUT NOT GOD: Francis Bacon, the famous philosopher, has rightly said that a little knowledge of science makes man an atheist, but an in-depth study of science makes him a believer in God. Scientists today are eliminating models of God, but they are not eliminating God.
If you translate this into Arabic, it is La illaha illal la, There is no god, (god with a small ‘g’ that is fake god) but God (with a capital ‘G’).

The way they believe might be different but they all agreed in someway that GOD exists. This is the common term of understanding for all humans. The solution for all differences of humanity is to believe that we all are coming from one single source “GOD” and to him that we shall return. Why are we the only “conqueror” of this earth while there are more physically powerful and bigger creatures in this world? They will never be able to dominate or rule over us because GOD has given us one of his best gifts. “Our brain: the ability to think and act upon our desires and findings.” Then why not we all ask over selves if it is logical for us to reject his existence? What do we get by rejecting him?
One of the answers is:
Just look at the “mischief” that was brought upon Europe because of Hitler, Mussolini, Lenin. And for that matter Mao of China as well. And many other tragic incidents recently and in the past. The main cause was that they all believed in themselves as Lords of their own by falsely misguided by the biggest lie that man had ever believed “The Evolution Theory or Darwin’s Theory”. Lets analyze the history, and learn real lessons out of it. If we are logical and truthful we will find the answers.
I might as well illustrate how GOD’s long form can be (just some thoughts of my own):
1) Greatest Of Divinity – GOD
2) Gracious, Omnipotent & Divine – GOD
Humans and GOD is totally different. We are all created and GOD is uncreated. Some may find it difficult to understand this. Our human mind will always think and process those things that we see and learn from our environment and will tend to believe that everything must be created. NO! it is not right. All created things will have a creator, but the Almighty Creator must be uncreated to be our eternal “GOD”. Think about it with a sense of calm and logic and you will find this perfectly believable.
The Definition of GOD therefore is: GOD is unique and one and only, GOD doesn’t require anything but all of his creations require his support & mercy. He has neither a beginning nor an end, he begets not and he is not begotten. And there is nothing like him that a human mind can comprehend.

There’s no need to prove anyone wrong amongst us humans. I believe in fact that we must realize there are only two groups of people. Just to broadly identify them to start with: 1 is those who believe in “GOD” and in truth- The party of “GOD” and 2nd is those who are misguided by “Shaithan”(Satan,Iblis,devil-the accursed one) to believe in non-existence of GOD, to believe in others beside “GOD” or in wrong practices in the way of life – The party of Shaithan.
The Only acceptable way of life to Almighty GOD is the peaceful way of life with ourselves and others by submitting our trust and will to him alone. We are advised to do all that is righteous, forbid what is wrong and advice one another to Truth, and advice one another to be patience.
We(Humans and Jins) aren’t created accept to do all that pleases “GOD”. This has a very broader meaning. But to simplify: It means do all that is good for our self & others and forbid those things that harms our self and others and not to associate partners with the Almighty “GOD”. That is the correct meaning of “Ya’budhoon” or “Ibaadha” that is mistranslated very often as “worship”.
This is what the Glorious Quran teaches us.
ISLAM means “Peace acquired by submitting our will to Almighty GOD(in Arabic: Allah)” and a Muslim is a person who follows the Deen of ISLAM. “Deen” is mistranslated to word “Religion” very often because a perfect one single word for Deen is not there in English Language. Deen means “the way of life, code of conduct with the belief in or towards GOD”.
Let us all humans unite in a strong bond against “Shaithan” & “Shaithanism”,- who is a devoted enemy as informed and warned in the glorious Quran and almost all major scriptures of other faiths as well. The secret game of Shaithan – Deception towards all humankind is at it’s peak. Under the disguise of freedom, arts & culture and various other traps the humanity is enslaved to his desires as never before. He had been able to distance us humans from our real purpose of life and from our real belief. Of course for his support there are several amongst us humans who are enslaved and misguided by his deceptions who are now dedicated for him. In his party. We need to call them back to the reality to truth.
THE SLOGAN OF HUMANITY TODAY SHOULD BE, IN MY BELIEF ….
“LET SHAITHAN KNOW THAT WE ARE BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN HUMANITY DEVOTED TO PLEASE ALMIGHTY GOD, FOR PEACE AND REJECT ALL THAT IS WRONG”
We seek refuge from Almighty God against the Shaithan, the accursed one.
Instead of fighting amongst us humans, we must realize deceptions of “Shaithan” is the cause. We can be united against him if we are to save the Humanity.
Time is running out. Lets spread the word and save the humanity from yet another “mischief” of “Shaithan”.
May Almighty GOD grant as success here and hereafter and save us from the torment of hellfire. May Almighty GOD guide us to the straight path.

some people who claimed to be up of the society some time feels wekaened when their in built attitude collide what tehy have supposed to do. people resort to many silly ways to escape themselves when the start observing loosing un expected. such silly tactis are ven adopted by even great warriors when they faced their un expected failure. what tactics used by Britain administration is what we call it 19th fight methord in Karate ie run away if nothing works. I request all british open minded people please watch the video of this man what he was talikng youself. did he say every muslim should be terrorist.
