What: Take Back Our World  – a conference organized by Global Justice Now featuring international speakers, films, workshops, music and an exhibition of Mexican street art.

Speakers from across the world are converging in London this Saturday for a day-long conference at Rich Mix in Bethnal Green.
The conference, which is described as "an opportunity to be educated, be entertained, and organise for a world not ruled by the priorities of big business," features sessions on:
- Food sovereignty
- Latin America's alternative
- Energy justice
- Art and social change
- Fighting TTIP and corporate power
- Reversing privatization
- Resisting dirty energy
- Speakers include:
Samia Nkrumah. a Ghanaian politician and Chairwoman of the Convention People's Party. Samia is the daughter of Ghana's first president, Kwame Nkrumah and also heavily involved in the campaign against the Plant Breeders Bill or 'Monsanto law' being tabled in Ghana.
Dr. Luciana Ghiotto from Argentina, a researcher and campaigner on trade and investment issues. She is a member of ATTAC Argentina and the Hemispheric Social Alliance and also an expert advisor to the Ecuadorian Audit Commission on Investment Treaties and arbitration system.
Joseph Purugganan, who works with Focus on the Global South in the Philippines and works on trade issues and and the climate.
Maria Kanellopoulou, an activist with Save Greek Water in Athens and involved in the European Water Movement.
Lapiztola – a collective of political street artists borne out of repression and unrest in Oaxaca, Mexico.
