IPSE, The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed, has today announced a new partnership with Kingsbridge Contractor Insurance, a specialist insurance broker providing a full cover solution tailored to protect contractors, freelancers and independent professionals against the risks of operating as a limited company.
Kingsbridge offer a comprehensive, compliant and competitive package that includes all the key insurances limited company contractors require; notably professional indemnity, public liability and employers' liability, meaning only one policy is needed to cover their main exposures.
The new partnership entitles IPSE members to an exclusive discount on Kingsbridge's standard policy insurance package, while Kingsbridge clients are entitled to a discount on IPSE membership.
Commenting on the partnership, Michelle Lane, Head of Commercial Development at IPSE, said:
This partnership will help us to ensure that all contractors have adequate business insurance in place at all times, to protect them from the main risks associated with running a business, along with meeting contractual obligations."
Thomas Wynne, Head of Business Development for Kingsbridge added:
"We believe that this partnership with IPSE will be extremely beneficial to the contracting market and are really excited to build our relationship with IPSE even further.
"As part of our ongoing commitment to contractors, we want to offer the best possible service, including advice, support and information; and working alongside IPSE will provide a variety of additional benefits to both our customers and IPSE members."
