"An infectious banger"KEXP Seattle

Yesterday saw fast-rising South Londoner, Love Ssega, release the visuals for brand new single 'Hot Electrolytes'.

The 3 minute burst of fine-tuned pop is the follow up to the thought provoking 'Out Here Looking' and was produced with a "secret talent" who is credited on Massive Attack's latest EP & mixed by Ben Baptie (Adele, Lady Gaga, U2).

The kaleidoscopic video was created with art director Kat Hassan and was premiered via High Snobiety. You can watch the video here:

'Hot Electrolytes' is taken from Love Ssega's forthcoming 'Emancipation!' EP, which is set for release later this summer, and once again perfectly displays Love Ssega's eclectic sonic palette, honed through years of education from his father's vinyl collection.  On the new single Love Ssega has stuck true to his ethos of creating music that continues to surprise and intrigue, aiming to raise eyebrows with each new release and 'Hot Electrolytes' doesn't fail on this front.

Explaining the track, Love Ssega says:

"This track has hopefully raised two eyebrows and a wry smile.  To me it feels like a sledgehammer of passion, colour and sound, as that's what I was going for.  If it's not surprising, it's not exciting."
