Ronald McDonald
Leading the Culture of Eating

The Right Hon Gordon Brown MP,
10 Downing Street,

Dear Prime Minister,

As you should by now be aware, the French have at last realized the artistic and cultural importance of our brand so they are opening a branch of McDonald’s in the Louvre.

We are planning on further expanding on this cultural theme by opening a branch under the Tour Eiffel as well as taking over the center of the Arc de Triomphe.

I know how much rivalry there is between your two nations, so I am offering you the opportunity to mirror this and, better still, go one further by announcing the opening of outlets in the Tate Gallery and your Palaces of Westminster and Buckingham.

This would send out the clear message that The Brits are far more culturally aware than those French.

Not only would our color scheme and arches go down well in those locations but there would be the benefit of good solid nutrition available to the leaders and cognoscenti of your nation. After all, why should our fare be limited to the masses?

Imagine, during a hard days politics, the delicate scent of a fresh McDonald’s burger and chips wafting permanently through the House of Commons.

I will also make myself available for the openings as well as future promotions. After all, there is always room for another clown in Westminster.

I hope to hear from you soon
