That the cottage was in rather close proximity to the Dungeness Nuclear Reactors. Far from the manager of the estate agency concerned getting a rocket though, they were, according to informed sources, feted as a hero for managing to sell the property! Not only that, they have also been flooded with enquiries for other properties and are doing rather nicely thank you.

Who said that the Property Misdescriptions Act was a good thing? Being rather 'reserved' with the truth seems to have worked for one agency.
