Jon Warsop, Chairman at UHY Hacker Young comments:

Michael and Iain and their talented and experienced team will be a great addition to the UHY Hacker Young Group.

“This new addition to the Group will be especially beneficial for those of our clients looking to access this important market or who already have interests in Northern Ireland.

Michael Fitch comments:

Joining the UHY Hacker Young group will mean that as well as continuing to offer the same high quality service to our clients, we will also be able to give them national and international reach through UHY Hacker Young and the UHY International network, which spans 300 offices in 90 countries.

UHY Hacker Young is a very well-regarded firm, and my team and I are looking forward to working with the rest of the firm to achieve exceptional results for our clients, helping them prosper.

The team in Belfast have particular expertise in advising start-ups and SMEs on tax structures and R&D credits, and this is an area of business that is likely to grow in future years as the UK government is actively encouraging new business creation in Northern Ireland.
